Statement

I love exploring, learning, gathering, teaching and making. I have never been able to settle on one medium or style. I play with acrylic paint, stained glass, chalk pastel, wood and found objects. I often use my own photographs as a jumping off point. I am most inspired and humbled by this incredible environment we are blessed to live in. Being in the forest surrounded by an infinite green pallet is my happy place. Most recently I have been looking at horizon lines and reflections. Playing with shifting perspectives and points of view. How does it feel when the normally stable, constant horizon is tipped or flipped? Can it change not only what you see, but also how you think?
